History
Our History
- 1999 Minokca products were introduced in Myanmar.
- 2000 The company was established in accordance with Myanmar Company Act.
- 2001 Minokca products were used in Myanmar Railway projects.
- 2003 Minokca products were used in first post-tensioned girders for Ministry of Construction. The Project was Irrawaddy River crossing bridge construction project in Magwe.
- 2006 Polycarboxylate based admixtures ( 3rd generation) were introduced to Myanmar construction Industry.
- 2011 High range retention concrete admixtures were developed to suit local conditions of high Temperature and low humidity.
- 2019 Concrete admixtures for ultra-high strength concrete were developed to suit for ultra-high performance Concrete.
Property of Company
Since the beginning, the company was born with sincerity, love and care to concrete and customers. Now, most of the staffs in company synchronizing each other and having common goals. Synergy effects of the staffs and the company are the main property of the company. In addition, our continuous research and development works as well as serviceable results to local conditions are also main properties of the company.
The company is owned and operated by Myanmar citizens. Initially, the company and products were not fully recognized because the company was operated by Myanmar citizens. However, the company and products has largely been recognized by many customers since 10 years ago because customers have appreciated quality and care developed and maintained by the staff and company.
Future property of the company will be our aims and visions focusing beyond the borders of Myanmar.
It is noted that properties of the company are sincerity, quality, synergy, our vision and focus of our company and staff.
Strategy
Our strategy is develop local products and staff to be complied with international standards. In addition we intend to create opportunities for our customers to have chances to use advanced products and technologies with affordable price.
During the first decade of the company, we looked into the country because the country was not fully opened yet. Therefore, we look for the most needed technologies and products in the country and tried to bring in. The imported technologies were modified into local version.
However, during the second decade of the company, we looked out the country because the country becomes substantially opened to the world. During the decade, advanced technologies in oversea are studied, selected and brought in to the country. The imported technologies are not modified but local working environment and conditions are modified to suit with the technologies.
Why Minokca Grow up and Sustainable
When Minokca was started, there were only two workers. They were the founder and one worker. In two decades Minokca overcame many challenges and obstacles. Now, Minokca become well-known concrete admixtures in Myanmar.
One of the main reasons of Minokca’s growth is due to strong will and belief of all stakeholders in the company. The next reason is the company is always balancing between growth and development. All the strategies are set to comply with sustainable growth.
The company growth is always controlled and maintained in accordance with local and international business environment and conditions. The company keeps the belief that staff development is the most important work for the company. The above points make the company become sustainable.
Innovation
Minokca invests on innovations. There are many types of innovation in Minokca. They are technical innovation, product & application innovation, supply chain & market innovation and production innovation.
Simulation and evaluation on R&D works and innovation works are the strong points of Minokca Chemicals. As soon as simulation and evaluation works have been completed, trial application works commerce. The trial application works are evaluated and confirmed for commercialization, innovation, simulation, evaluation, confirmation and commercialization are the processes which are generally worked in Minokca chemical.
